Cadillac XLR review.

This is not your father’s Cadillac; although it could be your grandfather’s, and that’s not a put-down. A couple of generations ago, a Cadillac badge meant world-class performance. Cadillacs finished 10th and 11th at Le Mans in 1950. They competed in the early days of NASCAR. Go back further, to the early 1930s, and Cadillac made a 16-cylinder open two-seater that could scare a Duesenberg costing double its price.Beneath its edgy, ultra-modern styling the XLR represents a return to those glory days. GMC Sierra HD 2008 review.

GMC Sierra heavy-duty pickups are well-suited for real-world use and abuse. They can haul tons of brick and cement and tow the mixer, then turn around to be used for a night on the town or grocery shopping while the fifth-wheel’s left in camp or the horses are in the corral. The Sierra HD models are the mid-level part of GMC’s truck lineup, so if your hauling happens once or twice a year, or you tow a bass or ski boat, the 1500-series is better-suited; conversely, if you’ve got a mammoth trailer to pull, step up to the Kodiak/Top Kick medium-duties. Mercedes-Benz M-Class 2009 review.
