Ford F-100 2009 review.

Ford’s plans to manufacture the F-100 pickup, its answer for consumers who want a more fuel-efficient pickup, have been shelved (for now). Ford Fusion 2009 Review.

The 2009 Ford Fusion has a lot of things going for it, including sporty handling and the nifty Sync MP3 and cell phone interface. Underwhelming powertrains and some unpleasant interior controls, however, relegate the Fusion to being a mid-pack choice for a midsize sedan. (more…)

Ford F-350 4×4 DRW 2008 Review.

Just over a year ago the Ford folks brought waves of journalists to Texas hill country to introduce the new Super Duty trucks - F-250, F-350 and F-450 series. After all, Texas is truck country and proud of it. Ford Escape Hybrid 2009 Review.

The Ford Escape was the world’s first hybrid SUV. Contrary to popular belief, The Blue Oval’s gas - electric trucklette does NOT use Toyota’s Synergy Drive. FoMoCo’s hybrid cute ute shares some patents with ToMoCo, and that’s it. And there’s another idea floating around: Ford is artificially restricting supplies to limit their loss-per-vehicle. (more…)
