Suzuki SX4 2008 review.

Hits dealerships: Fall 2007
MSRP: $13,000 - $18,000 (estimated)
Previously offered only as a hatchback in the U.S., Suzuki will add a sedan version of its SX4 compact car for 2008. It arrives in dealerships in fall 2007.

Exterior
From the B-pillar forward, the SX4 sedan’s appearance differs little from the hatchback’s. The sedan has a sporty face and a lower body kit; a rear spoiler is available. The car’s headlights wrap into the front fenders and there are clear-lens taillights in back. Standard aluminum wheels measure 17 inches in diameter.
For such a small car, the SX4 sedan has a tall roof. This gives it a unique appearance when viewed from the side, and also gives occupants a generous amount of headroom.
Interior
The SX4 sedan has room for up to five people, and the dashboard design is just like the hatchback’s. It has a three-spoke steering wheel and silver accent strips on the center stack. Cloth seats and a CD stereo are standard. Options include a six-CD stereo, automatic air conditioning and keyless start.
Under the Hood
The sedan has a 143-horsepower, 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that works with a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission.
Safety
All-disc antilock brakes, side-impact airbags for the front seats and side curtain airbags are standard. An electronic stability system is optional.
